Dne 1. 1. 2013 nabyla účinnosti novela Zákona č. 359/1999 Sb., o sociálně-právní ochraně dětí, Zákona č. 401/2012 Sb. a rovněž byl přijat nový Občanský zákoník č. 89/2012 Sb., s účinností od 1. 1. 2014. Dle této právní úpravy je nyní pěstounská péče na přechodnou do-bu vykonávána na profesním základě, tzn., že jde o klasické zaměstnání, za které je pěstoun finančně ohodnocen, a to i když aktuálně nepečuje o žádné dítě. Bakalářská práce se zabý-vá významem ústavní péče a pěstounské péče na přechodnou dobu, významem z pohledu zkušeností pěstounů s touto prací. Prostřednictvím kvalitativní výzkumné strategie, za vyu-žití techniky rozhovorů s pěti respondenty jsme získali ucelený obraz o jejich náhledu na danou problematiku. |

On 1 January 2013, an amendment to the Act No. 359/1999 Coll., on Social and Legal Pro-tection of Children, Act No. 401/2012 Coll., came in to force, and the new Civil Code No. 89/2012 Coll. Was adopted with effect from 1 January 2014. According to this legal regu-lation, at present, fosterage is considered to be a profession for a temporary period of time, i.e. it is a standard form of employment, for which the guardian receives financial remune-ration, even if s/he is not currently responsible for the care of any child. The Bachelor's thesis deals with the role of institutional care and fosterage for a temporary period of time, as experienced by guardians practising this type of work. By means of qualitative research strategy and with the use of the method of interview with five respondents we gained a comprehensive perspective of the iropinion on the given issue. |
