Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dlouhodobého majetku firmy Cebes a.s. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá jednotlivými pojmy, které souvisí se zvolenou problematikou dlouhodobého majetku. Mezi ně patří pořízení, zařazení, odpisování, vyřazení a inventarizace majetku. Dále obsahuje právní úpravu účetnictví, účetní výkazy, vymezení dlouhodobého majetku, evidence dlouhodobého majetku, inventarizace a vybrané ukazatele finanční analýzy, které souvisí s majetkovou strukturou podniku. Praktická část je věnována samotné firmě Cebes a.s., jejímu hospodařením s dlouhodobým majetkem a zaměřuje se na nedostatky v účtování dlouhodobého majetku. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky obsahové analýzy dokumentů a účtování firmy a navržená opatření, která by vedla ke zlepšení účtování dlouhodobého majetku. |

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of long-term assets of company Cebes a.s. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the different terms related to chosen issues of fixed assets. These include the acquisition, clas-sification, depreciation, decommissioning and asset inventory. It also contains accounting rules, financial statements, definition of fixed assets, fixed assets accounting, inventory, and selected indicators of financial analysis which are related to the equity structure of the company. The practical part is dedicated to company Cebes a. s., its fixed assets manage-ment and it focuses on insufficiency in the fixed assets accounting. The conclusion summa-rizes the outcomes of a content analysis of documents and company accounting and the suggested procuration that would improve the fixed assets accounting. |
