dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na hrozby a rizika v obci Ostrožská Lhota a jejich analýzu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Obsahem teoretické části jsou základní pojmy z oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva, Bezpečnostní systém České republiky a integrovaný záchranný systém. V následujících kapitolách jsou charakterizovány živelní pohromy a legislativa vztažná k dané problematice. Praktická část je věnována analyzované oblasti, jednotce sboru dobrovolných hasičů obce, místní skupině Českého červeného kříže a při-pravenosti obce na mimořádné události. V další části provádím samotnou analýzu vybraných rizik s návrhem k jejich eliminaci. Jedním ze zásadních výstupů práce je Plán odezvy orgánů obce Ostrožská Lhota na vznik mimořádné události.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis is focused on threats and risks in the municipality of Ostrožská Lhota and their analysis. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The content of the theoretical part are the basic concepts of population protection, the Security System of the Czech Republic and the Integrated Rescue System. In the following chapters are characterized naturaldisasters and legislation referring to this problem. The practical part is devoted to the analysed area, voluntary municipal fire brigade, the local group of the Czech Red Cross and municipality emergency readiness. In the next part I do independent analyses of selected risks including their elimination proposal. One of the major outputs of the work is the response plan of authorities of the municipality OstrožskáLhotato emergency events.
