dc.description.abstract	Cílem této práce, je zjistit, jak působí prostředí čekáren ve stomatologických ordinacích na spokojenost pacientů a hodnocení kvality čekáren z pohledu pacientů a všeobecných sester. Teoretická část práce se zabývá anatomií lidského chrupu, patofyziologií dutiny ústní, prevencí onemocnění dutiny ústní, specifiky práce sestry na stomatologii. Dále prostředím čekárny, psychologií ambulantně léčeného pacienta a legislativními požadavky na prostor čekárny. Praktická část práce obsahuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření, grafy, které jsou zpracovány podle dotazníků, které byly položeny respondentům a sestrám.
