dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza nákladů a jejich řízení ve vybrané firmě. Baka-lářská práce je rozdělena do dvou celků. Teoretická část obsahuje rozbor literárních zdrojů zabývajících se náklady a jejich klasifikací, a také kalkulačním systémem. V praktické části je zahrnuto představení společnosti, analýza nákladů a kalkulačního systém podniku. V závěru celé práce jsou uvedené návrhy a doporučení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the analysis of costs structure and cost management in the selected company. The bachelor's thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part contains an analysis of literature sources dealing with costs, their classification and the calculating system. In the practical part is included an intorduction of the company, cost analysis and an analysis of calculating sytem in the company. In the end of the thesis are given suggestions and recommendations.
