dc.description.abstract	V bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců ve společnosti NWT, a.s. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část obsahuje základní poznatky motivace, vybrané teorie motivace, pravidla motivace a osobnost manažera. Stimulace a odměňování jsou nedílnou součástí teorie. Praktická část bude zaměřena na zjištění úrovně spokojenosti zaměstnanců NWT, a.s. pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Cílem dotazníkového šetření je zjistit, jaké benefity zaměstnanci postrádají, co by ve firmě zlepšili, spokojenost zaměstnanců se svými vedoucími pracovníky apod. Závěr bakalářské práce bude zaměřen na návrhy a doporučení pro zlepšení pracovních podmínek ve firmě. Úvod praktické části je věnován představení a stručné charakteristice firmy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	In the Bachelor´s thesis I deal with the issue of motivation and stimulation of employees in the company NWT, a.s. The thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part will contain basic concepts of motivation, theory of motivation, rules of motivation and manager´s personality. Stimulation, employees benefits and compensation are part of the theory. Practical part will focus on level of satisfaction in the company NWT, a.s. by survey. The aim of survey find out what benefits miss, improve company´s situation, satisfaction of employees with their managers etc. The end of Bachelor thesis will focus on suggestion and references to improve working conditions. The introduction of practical part will be about presentation and characteristic of the company.
