dc.description.abstract	Cílem této práce je analyzovat evidenci zásob ve firmě KOVYST, spol. s r. o. a navrhnout možná opatření pro zdokonalení stavu zásob v této společnosti. Zvolený problém byl řešen pomocí pozorování a dotazování zaměstnanců. Byla provedena analýza současného stavu evidence zásob ve společnosti. V práci bylo navrženo řešení v podobě zavedení čárových kódů. Dále bylo důležité změnit způsob účtování, aby měla firma lepší přehled o stavu zásob v průběhu účetního období. Posledním návrhem bylo převedení materiálu a nedokončené výroby do nového účetního systému. Výsledky této práce zejména umožňují zlepšit efektivnost evidence zásob ve společnosti, urychlit komunikaci v podniku a usnadnit orientaci v účetním systému.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The purpose of this work is to analyze stock records in the company KOVYST, spol. s r. o. and suggest possible measures to improve the stock of this company. The problem was solved by observing and questioning employees. An analysis of the current state of stock records in the company was carried out. In the work was proposed a solution in the form of introduction of barcodes. It was also important to change the accounting method so that the company had a better overview of the stock level during the accounting period. The last proposal was to transfer the material and work in progress to the new accounting system. In particular, the results of this work enable us to improve inventory efficiency and accoun-ting in the company, accelerate business communication and facilitate orientation in the accounting system.
