Cieľom diplomovej práce bolo vytvorenie projektu zameraného na zlepšenie spokojnosti zamestnancov vo vybranej zubnej klinike. Prvá časť diplomovej práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky z oblasti motivácie, stimulácie a spokojnosti zamestnancov a tiež formulovanie výskumných hypotéz a výskumnej otázky, ktoré sú ďalej skúmané v praktickej časti. Cie-ľom praktické časti bolo analyzovať súčasný stav spokojnosti zamestnancov vo vybranej zubní klinike. Zvolený výskumný problém bol riešený pomocou kvalitatívneho výskumu formou pološtandardizovaných interview a taktiež prostredníctvom kvantitatívneho vý-skumu, konkrétne dotazníkovým šetrením. Na základe zhodnotenie výsledkov analýzy bol vytvorený projekt zameraný na zlepšenie spokojnosti zamestnancov vo vybranej zubnej klinike. Navrhované projektové riešenie bolo rozdelené na počiatočný stav, popis projektu, ciele a akčné plány realizácie projektu. Projekt bol následne podrobený aj časovej, náklado-vej a rizikovej analýze. |

The aim of the thesis was to create a project aimed at improving the satisfaction of the em-ployees in the selected dental clinic. The first part of the diploma thesis contains theoretical knowledge of motivation, stimulation and satisfaction of employees, as well as the formu-lation of research hypotheses and research questions, which are further explored in the practical part. The aim of the practical part was to analyze the current state of employee satisfaction at a selected dental clinic. The selected research problem was solved through qualitative research in the form of semi-standardized interviews and also through quantita-tive research, specifically questionnaire surveys. Based on the evaluation of the results of the analysis, a project aimed at improving the satisfaction of the employees at the select-ed dental clinic was created. The proposed project solution was divided into the initial state, project description, objectives and action plans for the implementation of the project. The project was subsequently subjected to time, cost and risk analysis. |
