dc.description.abstract	Tato práce je zaměřena na návrh a ověření nové metody hodnocení přesnosti střelby v rámci výcviku profesní obrany a sebeobrany. Střelba, jako speciální dovednost, je doposud v praxi hodnocena klasickými metodami a tato nová metoda hodnocení výsledků střelby klasické metody vhodně doplňuje. S jejím využitím lze hodnotit přesnost střelby jediným číslem, které obsahuje informaci o schopnosti střelce zasahovat stanovenou oblast cíle, a to jak z krátkodobého hlediska, tak i z hlediska dlouhodobého. Metoda je založena na stanovení indexu způsobilosti střelby, který zahrnuje stanovení indexu způsobilosti série a indexu způsobilosti procesu střelby. Index způsobilosti střelby lze dobře využít při hodnocení a zařazování pracovníků k úkolům a na funkce, a to nejen v prostředí průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The focus of this thesis is definition and proof of a new method of assessing shooting accuracy during professional defense and self-defense training. The proposed new method of assessing shooting as a special ability complements conventional assessment methods that have been traditionally used for this purpose. Using this new method, it is possible to express the assessment of shooting accuracy with only one number which encapsulates shooter's ability to hit designated target area from both short-term and long-term perspectives. The method is based on setting the shooting-ability index which contains setting the shooting-ability index of a series and index of the shooting process itself. The shooting-ability index can be effectively used for evaluating and placing workers to tasks and functions both within the industry of commercial security and elsewhere.
