dc.description.abstract	Tématem mé bakalářské práce je "Ukrytí obyvatelstva ve městě Brně". Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá historickým a právním ukotvením problematiky ukrytí a aktuálním stavem ukrytí v České republice. Praktická část obsahuje názorovou hladinu obyvatelstva města Brna a městských částí na problematiku ukrytí za válečného stavu. Dále se praktická část zabývá analýzou současného stavu ukrytí obyvatelstva města Brna za válečného stavu. Výsledkem práce je zjištění povědomí o problematice ukrytí za válečného stavu mezi obyvateli města Brna a pracovníky jednotlivých městských částí zodpovědných za ochranu obyvatelstva a kritické posouzení využitelnosti zvolených úkrytů pro oblast ochrany obyvatelstva.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theme of my Bachelor thesis is about "Sheltering the Population in the City of Brno", which is devided into a theoretical and practical part. Theoretically it follows up the problematics, both historical and juristic, of shelters, as well as the current shelter condition in the Czech republic. The practical part contains a view of the inhabitants of the city of Brno, regarding their city's shelters during the war times. Further more, the practical part follows up an analysis of the current state of shelters for the inhabitants of the city of Brno. The result of this thesis is to distinguish and be aware of the differences in knowledge on the state of the shelters in Brno during the war times, between the common inhabitants of the city, and the individuals whom are responsible for the population protection and critical assesment of the selected shelters when it comes to the effectiveness of protecting the population.
