dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaobírá problematikou ochrany objektů a osob při pořádání významných společenských akcí, především Barum Czech Rally Zlín (dále jen "BCRZ"). V úvodní teoretické části práce jsou vybrány pojmy z oblasti bezpečnosti osob a majetku, dále pak rozděleny a definovány jednotlivé společenské akce a jsou zde uvedeny právní předpisy související se zajištěním bezpečnosti organizace společenských akcí vydané Ministerstvem vnitra. Praktická část se zabývá posouzením rizik ochrany osob a objektů při pořádání BCRZ z hlediska vybraných metod analýzy rizik a metody strategického managementu. Ke stanoveným rizikům v praktické části jsou navržena opatření směřující k minimalizaci těchto rizik za účelem dosažení a zajištění větší míry bezpečnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of protection of objects and persons in the organisation of important social events, especially the Barum Czech Rally Zlín ("BCRZ"). In the introductory theoretical part of the work are selected concepts from the field of safety of persons and property, then the various social events are divided and defined and the regulations related to ensuring the security of the organization of social events issued by the ministry of the interior are listed here. The practical part deals with the risk assessment, the protection of persons and objects during the organization of BCRZ from the point of view of the selected methods of risk analysis and methods of strategic management. To set out the risks in the practical part are proposed measures to minimize these risks in order to achieve and ensure a greater degree of safety.
