dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zavedením nápravných řešení, které plynou z odchylky z externího systémového auditu, který proběhl na základě transformace normy ISO/TS 16949 pro automobilový průmysl na nový samostatný standard IATF 16949 určený pro automobilový průmysl. Obsahem teoretické části je literární rešerše vztahující se k tématu řízení kvality, nápravných opatření a jejich implementaci. Na základě teoretických poznatků byla provedena analýza současného stavu procesů ověřování kvality a popsány nedostatky v těchto kontrolních procesech. S ohledem na výsledky analýzy jsou navrhnuta řešení vedoucí ke zlepšení procesu. Závěr diplomové práce je věnován ekonomickému vyhodnocení navrhovaných změn.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This master thesis deals with the implementation of corrective actions resulting from the deviation from the external system audit, which was based due to the transformation of the ISO / TS 16949 standard for the automotive industry to the new IATF 16949 stand-alone standard for the automotive industry. The content of the theoretical part is a literature review related to the topic of quality management, corrective actions and their implementation. Based on theoretical knowledge, an analysis of the current state of quality assurance processes and deficiencies in these control processes were performed. Given to the results of the analysis, solutions to improve the process are proposed. The conclusion of the diploma thesis is focused on the economic evaluation of the proposed changes.
