dc.description.abstract	Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem stravování v období novověku. Cíl práce spočívá ve zmapování historického vývoje gastronomie v daném období. Teoretická část blíže specifikuje éru novověku a jeho směry spolu s objevy a vynálezy. Dále se zaměřuje na potraviny, pokrmy a kuchyně novověku, a také na rozdíly ve stravování společenských vrstev. V neposlední řadě poskytuje informace o vlivu gastronomie na další období, kde je zmíněna gastronomie některých zemí Evropy. Práce je zakončena trendy současné gastro- nomie.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of Eating in the Modern Age. The aim of the thesis is to map the historical development of gastronomy in the given period. The theoretical part specifies the era of modern times and its directions together with discoveries and inventions. It also aim at food, dishes and cuisine of the modern era, as well as on the differences in the diet of social classes. Last but not least, it provides information on the influence of gastronomy on the next period, where gastronomy of some European countries is mentioned. The thesis is ended by trends of contemporary gastronomy.
