dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku bezpečnosti ve vybrané turistické destinaci. Pro tento účel jsem si vybrala město New York. V práci jsou uvedeny hlavní aspekty vývoje bezpečnosti v New Yorku, základní charakteristika města New York spolu s předpoklady cestovního ruchu této turistické destinace. Dále jsou stanoveny konkrétní bezpečnostní rizika, SWOT analýza a kvantitativní průzkum ve formě dotazníkového šetření. V závěru práce je uvedeno shrnutí zjištěných poznatků spolu s návrhem doporučení vedoucích ke zvýšení bezpečnosti v této turistické destinaci.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis focuses on security issues in a selected tourist destination. For this purpose, I have selected the City of New York. The work specifies the main aspects of security development and the basic characteristics of New York City together with tourism assumptions of this touristic destination. In the next part, there are specified particular security risks, SWOT analysis, and a quantitative survey in the form of a questionnaire survey. At the end of the thesis, there is summary of the findings and draft recommendations for improving the safety of this touristic destination.
