Bakalářská práce byla zaměřena na zhodnocení kvality života a sociální opory u osob s roztroušenou sklerózou (RS). Teoretická část se soustřeďuje na příznaky, příčiny, diagnostiku a léčbu roztroušené sklerózy, dále je zaměřena na kvalitu života a sociální oporu. V praktické části jsou vymezeny tři dílčí cíle: 1) zjistit, jaké jsou nejčastější projevy roztroušené sklerózy u respondentů, 2) zjistit kvalitu života u pacientů s roztroušenou sklerózou a 3) zjistit celkovou míru sociální opory u stejných osob, kde se již zjišťovala kvalita života. Kvantitativní výzkumné šetření bylo realizováno technikou dotazníku, realizovaného u 131 osob s RS, to je 85 % žen a u 15 % mužů. Dotazník se skládal z položek zjišťujících sociodemografické údaje a ze dvou standardizovaných dotazníků: 1) WHOQOL - BREF (The World Health Organization Quality of Life) a 2) Social support Survey - MOS. |

The bachelor thesis was focused on evaluating the quality of life and social support of people with multiple sclerosis (MS). The theoretical part of thesis is focused on the symptoms, causes, diagnosis and treatment of multiple sclerosis, it is also focused on the quality of life and social support. The practical part defines three sub-objectives: 1) to find out what are the most common manifestations of multiple sclerosis in respondents, 2) to determine the quality of life in patients with multiple sclerosis and 3) to determine the overall level of social support in the same people, where quality of life. The quantitative research survey was carried out using the questionnaire technique, carried out in 131 people with MS, 85 % women and 15 % men. The questionnaire consisted of items measuring sociodemographic data and 2 standardized questionnaires: 1) WHOQOL - BREF (The World Health Organization Quality of Life) and 2) Social sup-port Survey - MOS. |
