dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na nastavení efektivní komunikace v rezortu Ministerstva obrany SR a cílovými skupinami veřejnosti, což jsou jednotlivé útvary Ozbrojených sil SR. Tato práce je rozdělena do dvou částí; část teoretickou a část praktickou, jejíž součástí je projektové řešení procesu pro zlepšení komunikace. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na základní pojmy veřejné správy, zájmy ve společnosti, etiku a komunikaci. Dále popisuje vztah veřejné správy k veřejnosti a etiku ve veřejné správě. V praktické části je představena hierarchie Ministerstva obrany SR a jeho jednotlivá pracoviště. Následuje SWOT analýza MO SR. Praktická část je analyzována i na základě provedeného dotazníkového šetření a jeho následné vyhodnocení, které bylo zaměřeno na analýzu současného stavu komunikace jednotlivých útvarů. Na závěr je zpracován projekt s návrhy procesů na efektivnější komunikaci, který je podroben časové, nákladové a rizikové analýze.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on setting up effective communication in the Ministry of Defense of the Slovak Republic and target groups of the public, which are individual units of the Armed Forces of the Slovak Republic. This work is divided into two parts; the theoretical part and a practical part, which includes the project solution of the process for improving communication. The theoretical part focuses on the basic concepts of pub-lic administration, interests in society, ethics and communication. It also describes the relationship of public administration to the public and ethics in public administration. The practical part presents the hierarchy of the Ministry of Defense of the Slovak Republic and its individual workplaces. The SWOT analysis of the Ministry of Defense of the Slovak Republic follows. The practical part is also analyzed on the basis of a questionnaire survey and its subsequent evaluation, which was focused on the analysis of the current state of communication of individual departments. Finally, a project is developed with process proposals for more effective communication, which is subjected to time, cost and risk analysis.
