dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce pojednává o současnosti a perspektivách jednotky sboru dobrovolných hasičů obce Červenka. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na jednotky požární ochrany sboru dobrovolných hasičů, dále na jejich historii a na právní normy. Praktická část popisuje obec Červenku, její historii a současnost, taktéž popisuje sbor dobrovolných hasičů této obce. V praktické části je aplikována metoda SWOT analýzy k vyhodnocení současného stavu jednotky sboru dobrovolných hasičů obce Červenka, dále byl vypracován Ishikawa diagram na vybranou hrozbu, konkrétně na hrozbu selhání lidského faktoru. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou zhodnoceny perspektivy jednotky sboru dobrovolných hasičů obce Červenka.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the present and perspectives of the volunteer fire department of Cervenka. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the fire protection units of the volunteer fire department, their history and legislation. The practical part describes the village Cervenka, its history and present, it also describes the volunteer fire department of this village. In the practical part, the method of SWOT analysis is applied to evaluate the current state of the volunteer fire department of Cervenka after that an Ishikawa diagram was created on a selected threat, specifically on the threat of human factor failure. In conclusion the bachelors thesis are evaluated perspectives of the volunteer fire department of Cervenka.
