dc.description.abstract	Práce se dělí na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části vysvětluji problematiku stárnutí, faktory, které ho ovlivňují a také změny, jenž stáří přináší do života seniorů. V této části také popisuji pojem Alzheimerova choroba, její vznik, dělení, projevy a možnosti léčby. Poslední kapitola v teoretické části je věnována pojmu biografie, jejímu dělení, metodám a využití biografie při práci se seniory.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part I explain the issue of aging, the factors that affect it and also the changes that old age brings to the lives of seniors. In this section, I also describe the term Alzheimer's disease, its origin, classification, manifestations and treatment options. The last chapter in the theoretical part is devoted to the concept of biography, its division, methods and use of biography in working with seniors.
