dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je vypracována na základě plánu založení neziskové organizace, která se snaží ochránit nenarozený lidský život. Cílovým produktem práce je vypracovaný projekt zřízení nadačního fondu. V analytické části bylo provedeno šetření vnějších vlivů na plánovanou organizaci v podobě PEST analýzy, kde byly evidovány případy, které mohou narušit nejen vznik organizace, ale i její činnost. Stejně tak byly zkoumány případy interrupcí na území celého Zlínského kraje. Užitím Porterovy analýzy byli zmapováni konkurenti v oboru. Bylo důležité posoudit, zda by u žen byl o služby nadačního fondu zájem a jak ženy nahlíží na přístup českého státu k interrupcím. Tyto informace byly zjištěny na základě provedeného dotazníkového výzkumu. Analytická část byla zakončena kvalitativním výzkumem, který byl sestaven pro zjištění příčin rozhodnutí žen k interrupci a zda měly následně výhrady vůči svým rozhodnutím. Veškerá data byla vyhodnocena a zapracována do projektu, který byl doplněn o SWOT analýzu. Uvedením nákladů spolu s časovou a rizikovou analýzou je projekt organizace zakončen. Projekt je vypracován s nejlepší vůlí vytvořit organizaci, která bude sloužit těm nejpotřebnějším a je v něm viděn velký potenciál.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis' intention is to develop a plan to establish a non-profit organisation that seeks to protect and preserve the unborn human life. Furthermore, the major aim of the thesis is to establish an endowment fund from which the protection of the foetus can be achieved. The project aims to offer pregnant women alternative options to avoid aborting the foetus. An analysis of the external influences of the organisation was carried out using the PEST analysis which, amongst other things, identified possible disruptions to the organisation and its activities. In addition to the PEST analysis several abortion cases in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic were examined. Using the Porter analysis competitors were detected and assessed within the area of assistance to vulnerable pregnant women. It was important to gauge whether there would be any interest from these women in such a service and how they perceive the current approach of the Czech state in regards to abortion. The survey used to assess the responses of these women was conducted via a questionnaire. Furthermore, the analytical part was completed by qualitative research, which was compiled to determine the causation of women's decisions for having an abortion and whether these women had subsequent reservations about their decisions. The data was evaluated and processed into the project and completed by the SWOT analysis. To conclude the project, a statement of cost along with the time and risk analysis has been attached. After compiling all data and undertaking risk analysis the conclusion is that the project of establishing a fund to support pregnant women has a high chance of success.
