dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce pojednává o hodnocení rizik ve vybraném území. Pro diplomovou práci byly použity vědecké metody, kterými jsou rešerše, analýza, modelování, komparace a syntéza. Je zahrnuta literární rešerše zdrojů. Pro město Bojkovice jsou vymezeny rizikové oblasti a hrozby a byla provedena analýza rizikových oblastí. Pro hodnocení rizik byla vybrána metoda PNH a softwarový prostředek RISKAN. Další vědeckou metodou je modelování, pro které jsou využity programy TerEx a ALOHA, zabývající se simulací úniku nebezpečné látky. Výsledkem práce jsou návrhy a opatření ke snížení rizika u vybraných hrozeb. V závěru praktické části jsou porovnány metody PNH a softwaru RISKAN a výsledky z použitých softwarů pro modelování úniku nebezpečné látky. Výsledek práce a navržená opatření budou prodiskutována s vedením města, do jaké míry jsou navržená opatření v Bojkovicích realizovatelná. Kromě Bojkovic by mohla být navržená opatření využitelná také pro obce, které jsou ohroženy stejnými hrozbami s obdobnou mírou rizika.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the risk assessment in the selected area. The scientific methods used here are literature review, analysis, modelling, comparison and synthesis. The literature review of available sources is comprised in the theoretical part of the thesis. For the selected area of the town of Bojkovice, the risk area and threats are defined. Analysis of the risk area was performed. The PNH method and the software tool RISKAN were used for the risk assessment. Modelling of the leakage of hazardous substance was performed using software tools TerEx and ALOHA. The results are proposed measures designed for risk reduction for chosen threats. In the conclusion of the experimental part, the PNH method and RISKAN software tool are compared, as well as the results of the software tools for modelling the leakage of hazardous substance. The outcome of the thesis and the measure proposal will be discussed with the local government. Besides the town of Bojkovice, the measures proposed in the thesis might be implemented in risk management of towns or villages exposed to similar threats and of similar degree of risk.
