Cílem této práce je seznámení čtenáře s plodinami, které se řadí do skupiny hlíznatých okopanin. Teoretická část charakterizuje tyto vybrané plodiny: Topinambur hlíznatý (Helianthus tuberosus, L.), jakon (Polymnia sonchifolia) a maku (Lepidium meyenii). Je zde popsán jejich výskyt, historie, botanická charakteristika, chemické složení, způsoby pěstování a možné způsoby jejich využití. Praktická část seznamuje s výsledky průzkumu informovanosti veřejnosti o vybraných druzích hlíznatých okopanin. |

The purpose of this work is to introduce the reader to the crops, which are ranked among the group of tuberous root-crops. The teoretical part charakterizes these chosen crops: Jerusalem artichoke (Helianthus tuberosus, L.), yacon (Polymnia sonchifolia) and maca (Lepidium meyenii). Their occurrence, history, botanical description, chemical composition, the way of cultivation and possible ways of their usage are described here. The practical part depicts the results of the survey of public notification of these chosen kinds of tuberous root-crops. |
