Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnutí efektivního řešení vytápění objektů podniku XY, a to navržením konkrétních variant. Analytická část je věnována charakteristice podniku, jeho SWOT analýze, způsobu vytápění jednotlivých objektů podniku a stavu zařízení k tomu využívaného v minulosti i současnosti. Projektová část práce nabízí porovnání konkrétních variant způsobu efektivního vytápění podniku pomocí metody čisté současné hodnoty, vnitřního výnosového procenta a doby návratnosti. Dále jsou zde uvedeny návrhy dalších možných řešení energetických úspor a možná rizika spojená s investicí. V závěru projekto-vé části je doporučení vhodné varianty pro efektivní vytápění podniku. Tato diplomová práce bude sloužit jako podklad pro rozhodnutí při volbě nejvýhodnější varianty řešení vytápění areálu podniku. |

The aim of thesis is to propose efficient solutions to heating objects enterprise XY, and proposing specific options. The analytical part is devoted to the characteristics of the enter-prise, the SWOT analysis, method of heating the various buildings and enterprise status to be used in the past and present. Design of the work offers a comparison of specific variants of the method of undertaking effective heating method using a net present value, internal return percentage and time of return. There are also proposals for other possible solutions to the energy savings and possible risks associated with investment. At the end of the pro-ject is part-vé recommendations appropriate options for the efficient heating company. This thesis will serve as a basis for decision in choosing the most advantageous alternatives hea-ting complex undertaking. |
