dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou údržeb ve společnosti Barum Continental spol. s r.o. Otrokovice. V úvodu této práce je stručně shrnut cíl práce a postupy zvolené pro jeho dosažení. Teoretická část si dále klade za cíl předložit celkový přehled teoretických východisek pro zpracování následné analýzy. Praktická část se pak rámcově zabývá skutečnostmi jako jsou výrobní procesy firmy, jejím výrobním programem. Podrobně je pak analyzována oblast údržby, která je nezbytnou složkou pro výrobní proces a jejíž zefektivnění je hlavním úkolem práce. Závěrečná část práce shrnuje nedostatky zjištěné analýzami a navrhují se v ní možná zlepšení v oblasti údržeb společnosti Barum Continental spol. s r.o.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is concerning on maintenance analysis in company Barum Continental spol. s r.o. Otrokovice. There is briefly drown up the target of this thesis and also survey techniques in the introduction. Theoretical part of the thesis would show sumary of theoretical resources for following analysis. Practicall part of the thesis regards to the matters of facts as are production procedures of the company and its production program. The maintenance area is analysed in the details than as it is the necessary part of the production and its effectiveness is the main part of this thesis. Final part of the analysis describes the negative aspects of the maintenance area of Barum Continental spol. s r.o. Otrokovice company and the proposals for the improvements.	en
