dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá využitím nástrojů controllingu ve skupině HP TRONIC. Teoretická část práce přináší přehled o literárních poznatcích z oblasti controllingu. Tím byla stanovena východiska pro praktickou část této diplomové práce. V praktické části je představena skupina HP TRONIC. Hlavní část pak tvoří popis současného stavu systému controllingu ve skupině HP TRONIC. Na základě dosažených výsledků byla stanovena východiska pro zpracování projektu. Projekt obsahuje návrh konkrétních nástrojů controllingu, které jsou vhodné pro odstranění nedostatků. V závěru diplomové práce nechybí kalkulace nákladů a možná rizika projektu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the utilization of controlling instruments in a group of HP TRONIC companies. The theoretical part of this work brings a survey concerning with the controlling thus the foundations for analytical part of the work were clearly determined. In analytical part, HP TRONIC group is introduced. The main part of this section describes the current situation of the controlling system. On the basis of obtained results the fundaments were specified for project processing. This project contains proposal of specific controlling tools which are suitable for removal of imperfections. In conclusion, the cost calculation and evaluation of possible risks of the project are discussed.	en
