dc.description.abstract	Cílem předkládané diplomové práce je zpracovat projekt motivačního programu pro firmu XYZ. Teoretická část diplomové práce obsahuje zpracované informace týkající se pracovní motivace, odměňování a motivačního programu. V části praktické je představena firma, která si nepřeje uvádět název z důvodu další možné publikace. Dále je v praktické části provedena analýza aktuálního stavu motivace zaměstnanců ve firmě, která poukazuje na nutnost vytvoření motivačního programu. Na základě analytické části je zpracovaný projekt cafeteria systému, který je podroben nákladové analýze, časové analýze a analýze rizik a přínosů. Podle výsledků analýz je v závěru projektové části zhodnoceno, zda je projekt motivačního programu pro firmu XYZ realizovatelný ještě v tomto kalendářním roce.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of presented diploma thesis is to develop project of motivational program for a company titled XYZ. The theoretical part of the thesis contains processed information respecting work motivation, remuneration and motivational program. In the practical part company which does not wish to indicate its name by reason of future possible publication is introduced and analysis of actual condition of motivation of personnel of company, which adverts to the need of motivational program creation, is performed. On the basis of analytical part the cafeteria system project is elaborated; this system is made subject to cost analysis, time analysis and risk analysis of risk and benefit analysis. According to the results of analyses in the end of the project part we evaluated whether the project of the motivation program for XYZ company is feasible even in this calendar year.	en
