Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá jednotlivými druhy kamerových systémů, konkrétně analogovými, hybridními a v současné době již úspěšnými nástupci těchto dvou technologií, tzv. digitálními systémy. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé komponenty kamerového systému, od kamery přes způsoby přenosu analogového nebo digitálního signálu, až po jejich zpracování. Tato práce se specializuje na Městský kamerový dohlížecí systém (MKDS), jeho složení, právní aspekty použití a možnosti využití tohoto systému. Dále jsou zde uvedeny novinky v oblasti MKDS. V praktické části je navržen kamerový systém a je demonstrováno narušení střežené oblasti s následným zpracováním události. |

The bachelor thesis deals with particular types of video camera systems, namely analogue, hybrid and their successors, so called digital systems. There are individual components of video camera system described in this bachelor thesis - from video camera itself, ways of analogue and digital transfers to their procession. The thesis focuses on City camera monitoring systems (CCMS), its composition, legal aspects and possible usage of the system. Furthermore you can find news in the area of CCMS. Practical part suggests video camera system and demonstrates violation of protected area with subsequent processing of the event. |
