Bakalářská práce vymezuje pojmy a charakteristické rysy, projevy a aktivity organizovaného zločinu z pohledu kriminologie a kriminalistiky. V bakalářské práci jsou uvedeny jednotlivé cizinecké skupiny organizovaného zločinu působící na území České republiky. Dále jsou zde objasněny aktivity Interpolu, Europolu a policie v mezinárodní spolupráci a boji proti organizovanému zločinu, včetně právních prostředků umožňujících kontrolu a eliminaci organizovaného zločinu. |

The bachelor work defines concepts and characteristic trends, denotations and activities of the organized crime in term of the criminology and criminal science. The work introduce different foreigner groups of the organized crime which work in the territory of the Czech republic. In the next part the elaboration clears up some activities of Interpol, Europol and the police within the international cooperation in the fight of the organized crime including legal remedies for control and elimination. |
