Cílem práce je vypracování žádosti o dotaci z Regionálního operačního programu NUTS II Střední Morava na výstavbu azylového domu pro matky/otce s děti v tísni. Zpracovaný projekt představuje investiční projekt, zaměřený na rozvoj sociálních služeb v oblasti, a to vybudováním azylového domu v místní části města Šternberka. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí : teoretické a praktické. V první, teoretické, části jsou charakterizovány sociální služby dle zákona č. 108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách a dále je charakterizována regionální politika Evropské unie a fondy Evropské unie. V druhé, praktické, části je analyzován současný stav sociálních služeb města Šternberka a potřebnost chybějících sociálních služeb. V této části je zpracována konkrétní žádost o dotaci na výstavbu azylového domu s názvem : "Bydlení pro matky/otce s děti v tísni Šternberk - Dalov". |

The topic of this diploma is Social services development project in the city of Šternberk with European funds application. The aim of the thesis is to compile a grant application by Regional operational program NUTS II, Central Moravia, for the purpose of building an asylum house for mothers/fathers with children in distress. The project Asylum house for mothers/fathers with children in distress represents an investment project, focused on social services development in the area by building an asylum house in the city of Šternberk. The diploma is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part includes characteristic of social services, according to the law reports 108/2006 about social services, and also description of regional politics of the European Union and European Union funds. In the practical part there is an analysis of current social services state in the city of Šternberk and description of social services community planning method, which served as a base for determining demand for missing social services. In this part there is a concrete application for grant processed, called Housing for mothers/fathers with children in distress in Šternberk-Dalov. |
