dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu nákladů a kalkulací ve společnosti ČSAD Hodonín, a.s. Celá práce je rozdělená do dvou části na teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis rozdělení nákladových druhů a kalkulací. V praktické části je nejdříve stručný popis firmy s jejími aktivitami ve veřejné autobusové dopravě. Poté následuje porovnání jednotlivých druhů nákladů ve sledovaných obdobích a také porovnání kalkulací. V závěru jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení v oblasti řízení nákladů této společnosti.	cs

The theoretical part is focused on description of cost and calculations. Analysis part starts with short introduction of copany with their activities in public passenger bus transport. Then there is comparison of various kinds of cost in period under consideration and also comparison of calculations.
