Tato Diplomová práce se zabývá popisem současných mobilních kamerových systémů. Cílem práce je vytvořit materiál, pro získání základního přehledu v oblasti mobilních kamerových systémů, který by zároveň slouţil jako souhrnný podklad pro další podrobnější zpracování dílčích částí v oblasti legislativy, novotvorby a technických řešení. Teoretická část obsahuje analýzu potřeb koncových uţivatelů a zákazníku v oblasti mobilních kamerových systémů, okolnosti legislativní úpravy a popis jiţ instalovaných zařízení a zároveň návrh moţných řešení. Praktická část se zabývá laboratorním měřením mobilních kamerových systémů a porovnáváním analogových a IP kamer. Výstupním prvkem bude příprava laboratorních postupů a vytvoření pracoviště pro měření analogových a IP kamer. |

This graduation thesis describes actual mobile camera systems. The aim of this diploma work is to create material for basic overwiev covering present-day mobile camera systems. This thesis should be also used as a background for other more detailed processing camera systems informations especially in legislative, new products and technical solutions field. Theoretic part includes analysis of customer's and end end-user's needs targeted on mobile camera systems, legislative determination. Also describes already instaled systems and proposes new technical solutions. Practical part of this diploma theses deal mainly with research in laboratory conditions aimed on comparing analog and IP camera systems. Main output of this thesis should be preparation and determination of the laboratory procedures for exact comparation of the systems. |
