Předmětem této práce je dle názvu tvorba dlouhodobého finančního plánu ve společnosti UVAX s.r.o. Samotnému projektu finančního plánu předchází v první části literární rešer-še, kdy jsou rozebrána jednotlivá díla autorů a jejich myšlenky a teze týkající se právě fi-nančního plánování a řízení. Teoretická část tak stručně charakterizuje význam a zejména postup procesu plánování. Další ucelenou částí je praktická část, v rámci které jsou uvede-ny základní údaje o společnosti a analytická východiska pro samotnou tvorbu finančního plánu. Ten je pak zpracován ve dvou variantách, které se liší zejména plánovaným vývo-jem ekonomiky. V závěru práce jsou oba vytvořené plány zhodnoceny pomocí základních nástrojů finanční analýzy a je uveden krátkodobý finanční plán pro první rok plánovaného období. |

According to the title, the purpose of this thesis is a concept of a long-term financial plan of the company UVAX s.r.o. At first part of this work is processed the literature search. There are mentioned the basic ideas and the propositions about the financial planning. That way the theoretical part describes the importance and especially the whole process of the planning. The second section of this thesis is the practical part which includes the introduction of the firm UVAX s.r.o. and the micro and the macro analysis. The financial plan is created in two versions considering to the planned progress of economy. Both of the versions of the plan are valued through the use of main tools of the financial analyses at the end and there is stated the sort-term financial plan for the first year of the whole planned period. |
