dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá řešením nezaměstnanosti problémové skupiny (romské menšiny) v okresu Náchod. Cílem této práce je zajistit rovné příležitosti pro romské uchazeče o zaměstnání na místním trhu práce (nediskriminační prostředí). V teoretické části jsou uvedeny poznatky týkající se trhu práce, nezaměstnanosti, diskriminace a politiky zaměstnanosti. Obsahem analytické části je stručná charakteristika okresu Náchod, analýza nezaměstnanosti v okresu a vytipování problémových skupin uchazečů o zaměstnání. V závěrečné projektové části je zpracován projekt pro romskou menšinu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	My diploma thesis deals with resolution of unemployment of a troubled group (Romany minority) in the district of Náchod. The goal of the diploma thesis is providing of equal opportunities to Romany job applicants in the local labour market (nondiscriminatory atmosphere). The theoretical part includes the findings from the sphere of labour market, unemployment, discrimination and employment policy. The analytical section contains the brief characteristics of distric of Náchod, the unemployment analysis in the distric of Náchod and the indication to troubled groups of job applicants. The final project section includes a project to the Romany minority.	en
