Diplomová práce řeší problematiku systému řízení neshodného materiálu ve společnosti Kraft Foods CR, s.r.o., provozovna Valašské Meziříčí. Hlavním cílem je zjednodušení stávajícího integrovaného systému managementu (ISM). Teoretická část se zabývá poznatky z oblasti ISM, dále jeho jednotlivými systémy z oblastí řízení jakosti, životního prostředí, bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, bezpečnosti potravin a klíčovými pojmy pro zpracování analytické části. Praktická část se skládá z představení společnosti, následuje kritická analýza současného stavu systému řízení neshodného materiálu. V rámci projektové části jsou navržena doporučení k zjednodušení ISM. |

The diploma thesis solves the problem of different the material management system in the company Kraft Foods CR, Ltd., Valašské Meziříčí plant. The main aim is to simplify the existing integrated management system (IMS). The theoretical part of this diploma thesis deals with the knowledge from the area of IMS, then with its individual systems from the areas of management system, environment, safety and health protection at work, food safety and key concepts for the processing of the ana-lytical part. The practical part consists of the company introducing and the critical analysis of the pre-sent situation of different the material management system in the company. Within the frame of the project the recommendations to simplify IMS are proposed. |
