dc.description.abstract	Cílem této diplomové práce je zanalyzovat řízení zásob ve firmě Pramet Tools. s.r.o. a na základě získaných podkladů doporučit návrh zeefektivnění řízení zásob. V teoretické části se věnuji zpracování rešerše odborné literatury se zaměřením na logistiku, řízení zásob, výrobní plánování a rozvrhování výroby. V analytické části, přibližuji profil společnosti Pramet Tools. s.r.o. a především se zabývám procesy nákupu, skladování a řízení zásob. V závěru diplomové práce navrhuji a projektově propracovávám opatření vedoucí k větší efektivitě řízení zásob společnosti Pramet Tools. s.r.o.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this thesis is to analyze the inventory management in the company Pramet Tolls.ltd and work on a proposal to recommend an effective inventory management. The theoretical part deals with the processing of literature search, focusing on logistics, inventory management, production planning and production scheduling. In the analysis, the latter part of thesis resembles the profile of Pramet Tools. ltd. and mainly deals with the purchase, storage and inventory management.
