Tématem práce jsou dopady ekonomické krize na nezaměstnanost a kvalitu života nezaměstnaných ve zlínském regionu. Teoretická část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na vznik ekonomické krize v USA, její následné šíření do zbytku světa a popis vybraných sociálních ukazatelů. Praktická část srovnává situaci na trhu práce před a v době ekonomické krize. Součástí je i dotazníkové šetření provedené mezi nezaměstnanými. Cílem práce je zhodnotit, jak ekonomická krize ovlivnila nezaměstnanost , jak se nezaměstnaní s tíživou životní situací vypořádávají a zda je možné se na krizi lépe připravit. |

The subject-matter of the diploma work is focused on the impacts of the economic crisis on the unemployment and quality of life of unemployed people in the Region of Zlin. The theoretical part of the diploma work is oriented on the genesis of the economical crisis in the USA, its consequent spreading into the rest of the world and description of selected social indicators. The practical part of the diploma work is making comparisons of the situations on the labor market before and during the economical crisis. The component part of the diploma work is the questionnaire-investigation performed among unemployds. The goal of the diploma work is to evaluace how the economical crisis influenced the unployment and how the unemployeds deal with the oppressive life's situation and if it would be possible to be better prepared for the crisis. |
