Cílem práce je posoudit vliv železniční trati č. 331 Otrokovice - Zlín - Vizovice na rozvoj zlínské aglomerace a navržení projektu dalšího rozvoje trati. Teoretická část shrnuje obec-né poznatky o vlivu dopravní infrastruktury na regionální rozvoj a přináší pohled na histo-rický vývoj této trati v kontextu rozvoje aglomerace. V praktické části práce je provedena analýza současného stavu trati, provozu na ni a jejích vazeb na aglomerační struktury. Dále je navržen reálný projektový záměr rozvoje trati, který přihlíží k zájmům vlastníka infra-struktury a k zájmům samospráv. V závěru je provedena verifikace navrženého projektu, která zejména hodnotí očekávané přínosy projektu, jeho rizika a realizovatelnost. |

The main aim of this thesis is to explore the influence of the railway line number 331 Otrokovice - Zlín - Vizovice on the Zlin agglomeration development and suggest the pro-ject of the railway line development. In theoretical part general knowledge about influence of traffic infrastructure on regional development are summarized and there is also intro-duced view on historical evolution of this railway line in the context the agglomeration development. In practical part of the thesis, there is analysed present state of the railway line, its operation and its contextures on agglomerative structures. There is also made a proposal of real project of the railway line development which respect the preferences of infrastructure owners and the preferences of local governments. At the end of the thesis there is done the project proposal verification which comprehend especially evaluation of expected contributions of the project, as well as its diversification and feasibility. |
