dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat motivační faktory a stimulaci pracovníků ve firmě UNICARS CZ s.r.o. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením pojmů motivace a stimulace, popisem motivačních zdrojů, popisuje motivaci pracovního jednání v kontextu řízení a stimulaci k práci. V analytické části jsem nejdříve popsala základní charakteristiku firmy UNICARS CZ s.r.o., její vznik a firemní politiku. Poté jsem provedla analýzu motivačních faktorů a stimulaci pracovníků formou dotazníkového šetření. Ze zjištěných výsledků jsem vyhodnotila situaci ve firmě, současnou spokojenost zaměstnanců a jejich názory na motivaci ze strany podniku. V závěrečné části jsem navrhla doporučení, které by mělo přispět k lepší motivaci zaměstnanců ve firmě.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this bachelor work is to analyze motivation factors and stimulation of the employers in UNICARS CZ s.r.o. company. The theoretical part is concerned with definition of terms such as motivation and stimulation, specification of sources in motivation, description of motivation of work acting in context of conducting and job stimulation. In analytic part I firstly described basic characteristics of UNICARS CZ s.r.o., its origin and company politics. Then I made the analysis of motivation factors and stimulation of employers by questionnaire survey. From the survey results I evaluated situation in company, actual satisfaction of employers and their opinions about motivation from the company side. In the final part I suggested what should contribute to higher motivation in the company.	en
