dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou možnosti čerpania finačných prostriedkov zo štrukturálnych fondov a Kohézneho fondu v náväznosti na program výskumu a vývoja spoločnosti XYZ. Teoretická časť definuje pojem konkurencia a jej členenie a rozoberá aj problematiku viacerých konkurenčných stratégií. V práci sú popísané aj nástroje potrebné k strategickej analýze podnikov a stručne sú uvedené zásady ich finančného riadenia. Analytická časť tejto práce sa zaoberá analýzou makroprostredia, odvetvia, portfólia spoločnosti XYZ a taktiež analýzou vnútorného a vonkajšieho prostredia. Projektová časť predkladanej práce potom vychádza z výsledkov týchto analýz, ktoré slúžia ako podklad pri výbere vhodného spôsobu spolufinancovania jedného z projektov prostredníctvom fondov EÚ. V poslednej kapitole je formulovaná aj finančná, časová a riziková analýza súvisiaca s projektom a návrh riešenia pre čerpanie prostriedkov na podporu výskumu a vývoja pre pripravované projekty spoločnosti.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis discusses the issue of the possibility to draw financial resources from structural funds and Cohesion Fund in connection with the research and development program of company XYZ. The theoretical part defines the idea and structure of competition and also discusses the issue of competing strategies. The paper describes the tools needed for strategic analysis of companies and shortly presents the principles of their financial management. The analytical part of this thesis deals with macro-environment, industry and portfolio of the company XYZ and also analyzes the internal and external environments. Then, the project part of the paper is based on the results of these analyses. They serve as a basis to choose the appropriate method for cofinancing one of the project by EU funds. In the last chapter, the financial, time and risk analysis of the project is formulated. Besides, there is also proposed the solution to draw funds to support research and development for the upcoming company's projects.	en
