Předmětem této diplomové práce ''Logistické činnosti v oblasti nákupu a skladování ve firmě XYZ, s.r.o." je analýza nákupních činností a skladového hospodářství ve vybrané firmě. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na popis dosavadních poznatků z oblasti logistiky, nákupu a zásob, včetně jejich řízení a skladování. V praktické části pak hodnotím organizaci skladování a způsob řízení vyčleněných zásob ve firmě XYZ, s.r.o. Cílem této práce je vhodnou aplikací teoretických poznatků snížit náklady spojené se zásobami a jejich skladováním. |

The goal of the thesis "Logistic activities in the area purchase and storage in the firm XYZ, s.r.o.'' is to analyze the purchasing and warehousing in the given firm. The theoretical part is dealing with the description of the up to now knowledge of the logistics, purchase and stock including the stock control and its storage. In practical part, I am analyzing the warehousing management and the methods of exempt inventory control in the firm XYZ, s.r.o. The aim of this thesis is to decrease the costs connected to the stock and its storage by a suitable application of theoretical knowledge. |
