Předmětem mé diplomové práce je firma FAGUS CZ, s.r.o. jako výrobce komponentů pro obuvnický průmysl. Mojí snahou je analyzovat chování této organizace v tržním pro-středí tohoto ne zrovna přitažlivého odvětví. Na základě analýzy silných a slabých stránek, zdrojů a cílů firmy jakož i na základě vyjednávací síly konkurence, zákazníků a dodavatelů se pokusím navrhnout několik možných strategií a směrů, kam by se mohla firma FAGUS CZ, s.r.o. se svými aktivitami ubírat, aby překonala hluboký útlum v odvětví, nátlak konku-rence z ostatních zemí a zaměřila se přitom rovněž na posilování všech prvků hodnototvor-ného řetězce. |

My diploma project is focused on the company Fagus Ltd, which is a producer of com-ponents for the shoemaking industry. My goal was to anylyse this company's behaviour in the market environmnt of this not exactly tempting branch. I will attempt to propose a number of feasible strategies and di-rections the company could forward its activities too. These should enable the company to overcome both: a deep depression of this branch and the pressure coming from the foreign competition. Moreover, my proposals should aim at strenghtening all the factors of the va-lue-creating chain. I intend to base these suggestions on an analysis of the companies' strenghts and weaknesses as well as on the negotiation power of the competition, custo-mers and suppliers. |
