Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je priblížiť a zhrnúť základné poznatky týkajúce sa oblasti finančnej analýzy a na základe týchto poznatkov previesť praktickú finančnú analýzu vybra-ného podniku XYZ, a.s. V prvej, teoretickej časti práce sa budem zaoberať literárnym výskumom, ktorý bude mať za úlohu vysvetliť celkovú podstatu finančnej analýzy a zdôrazniť jej najdôležitejšie časti. V analytickej časti práce, pomocou nástrojov finančnej analýzy, prevediem podrobnú analýzu finančnej situácie podniku XYZ, a.s. v rokoch 2005 - 2009. Výsledky mojej analýzy budú následne použité v závere práce pri posúdení celkovej súčasnej finančnej situácie podniku, jeho hospodárení a výkonnosti. Taktiež budú východiskom pre návrhy možných opatrení za účelom odstránenia slabých stránok vo firme. |

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to resume the basic knowledge concerning financial analysis and on this basis to carry out the practical financial analysis of the selected company XYZ, a.s. The first part focuses on the literary survey where the principle of the financial analysis is ex-plained and pointed out its most important parts. At the analytical part the detailed financial analysis of the company XYZ, a.s. and its financial position in years 2005- 2009 will be provided by means of financial analysis tools. The results of the analysis are going to be used at the thesis close to reconsider the all present financial situation of the company, its economy and efficiency. They are going to be used also as the resort for suggesting the possible steps in order to clear the weak spots of the firm. |
