Bakalárska práca pojednáva o mimoriadnych udalostiach Integrovaného záchranného systému. Úvodom sú zadefinované základné fakty histórie spojenej s ochranou obyvateľstva a civilnou ochranou. V práci sú zadefinované jednotlivé zložky IZS Českej a Slovenskej republiky a ich vzájomné porovnanie. Objasňuje tiež funkciu informačného systému využívaného pri IZS. V praktickej časti práca pojednáva o riešení typových situácií v IZS ČR a SR. Násladne potom na konkrétnej modelovej situácii popisuje postup jednotlivých zložiek IZS. Záver práce obsahuje spracovaný štatistický vývoj mimoriadnych udalostí a zhodnotenie pripravenosti a prevencie oboch štátov pred mimoriadnou udalosťou. |

Bachelor thesis deals with the incidents of the Integrated Rescue System. Overview defines the basic facts of history associated with the protection of the population and civil protection. The thesis defines the different components Integrated Rescue Systém in the Czech and Slovak Republic and their comparison. Also clarifies the role of the information system used by the IZS. The practical part deals with work on addressing the types of situations in IZS CR and SR. After that given situation model describes how individual components IZS. The final part contains the processed statistical development and evaluation of incident preparedness and prevention of both states before the incident. |
