dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku řízení zásob v konkrétním podniku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je věnována základním pojmům z oblasti zásob a jejich členění podle určitých kriterií, dále je zaměřena na samotné řízení zásob a metody jež se v této souvislosti užívají. V praktické části se věnuji již charakteristice konkrétní firmy a způsobu řízení určitého vzorku zásob této společnosti. Na závěr se snažím navrhnout vhodné doporučení, které by vedlo ke zlepšení stávající situace.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is focused on inventory management in a particular company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is devoted to basic concepts in the field of stocks and their breakdown according to certain criterion, is focused on inventory management and methods to be used in this context. The practical part focuses on the characteristics of a particular firm and management methods of a sample of stocks of the company. Finally, I try to suggest appropriate recommendations that would improve the current situation.	en
