dc.description.abstract	Hlavním cílem mé diplomové práce je návrh a doporučení postupu zavedení systému managementu jakosti podle norem řady ČSN EN ISO 9000, ve firmě PSOTKA-KOVO s.r.o. První část mé diplomové práce přibližuje teoretická východiska zavádění systému managementu jakosti dle norem ISO 9001. V praktické části se zabývám analýzou současného stavu systému managementu jakosti a návrhem postupu zavedení systému managementu jakosti v této firmě podle uvedených norem. V závěrečné kapitole jsou uvedeny náklady na certifikaci podle ISO 9001, které byly zjištěny průzkumem cen u několika certifikačních společností.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main goal of my thesis is the design and implementation of quality management system according to the standards of ISO 9000, in the company Psotka-KOVO Ltd. The first part of my diploma thesis describes theoretical solution of a quality management standards ISO 9001 The practical part deals with the analysis of current situation of quality management system and proposal for the implementation of quality management system in the company according to these standards. The final chapter gives the costs of certification according to ISO 9001, which were found out by a survey of costs in a few certification companies.	en
