Témou tejto diplomovej práce je "Projekt zvýšenia výkonnosti podniku ABC, a.s. zdokona-lením konceptu BSC". V teoretickej časti je spracovaná problematika merania a riadenia výkonnosti podniku so zameraním na Balanced Scorecard. V praktickej časti analyzujem vonkajšie a vnútorné prostredie spoločnosti ABC, a.s. spoločne s analýzou riadenia a merania výkonnosti podniku, neskôr konfrontujem klasický a moderný prístup k tejto problematike. Hlavným cieľom po oboznámení sa so súčasným nastavením a využívaním konceptu BSC firmou, je navrhnutie možného spôsobu jeho vylepšenia. Ten spočíva podľa môjho názoru v dosadení nového vrcholového ukazovateľa finančnej perspektívy, v podobe ekonomickej pridanej hodnoty, EVA. |

The main theme of this diploma thesis is The Project of Company's Performance Increase through Improvement of the Balanced Scorecard Concept. The theoretical part of this work deals with the fundamentals of companies' performance measurement and management with the emphasis to Balanced Scorecard. In the practical part I analyze external and internal surroundings of the company, together with the performance measurement and management analysis, later on I confront the traditional and the modern approach to these activities. The main objective of this work, after being taken up with the current conditions of BSC and its exploitation, is the suggestion of BSC improvement possibilities. In my opinion the best solution is the substitution of a new top indicator in financial perspective, the Economic Value Added, EVA. |
