Diplomová práce byla zaměřena na stanovení ochranného faktoru před slunečním zářením (SPF) a ochranného faktoru proti UVA složce záření (UVA-PF) metodou in vitro podle metodiky uvedené v návodech vydaných sdružením COLIPA. Cílem DP bylo ověřit návrh normy ISO/WD 24443 pro stanovení UVA ochrany metodou in vitro a srovnat s hodnotami naměřenými metodami in vivo. Výběr vzorků byl volen se záměrem otestovat formulace, které byly z aplikačního hlediska problematické. |

This thesis was focused on dtermination of Sun Protection Factor (SPF) and UVA Pro-tection Factor (UVA-PF) using an in vitro method according to COLIPA Guidelines. The aim of the thesis was to verify the procedure described in the Draft ISO Standard (ISO/WD 24443 on Determination of Sunscreen UVA Photoprotection In vitro) and to compare re-sults obtained in vitro with the outcome of SPF and UVA-PF determination in vivo. The samples were chosen with the goal to test formulations with problematical mode of appli-cation. |
