dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce popisuje metody krizového řízení. V úvodu jsou popsány klíčové termíny jako krizový management, mimořádné události a podobně. Dále jsem se zaměřil na popis jednotlivých metod operační analýzy, které jsou použitelné pro konkrétní postupy v krizovém řízení. Následně jsem popsal pár vybraných softwarových produktů používaných v oblasti krizového řízení. Na závěr jsem se pokusil nastínit možné trendy vývoje v této oblasti.	cs
