V této bakalářské práci se zabývám otázkou zásobování ve společnosti Magneton, a.s., patřící do skupiny strojírenských podniků. Cílem teoreticko-metodické části je shrnout poznatky z literatury, týkající se členění zásob, jejich funkce, skladováni, optimalizace zásob až po popis moderních přístupů k řízení zásob.V analytické části jsem popsala společnost Magneton a.s., seznámila s organizační strukturou, definovala pravomoci a povinnosti jednotlivých orgánů společnosti a popsala útvar nákupu, kde jsem strávila většinu času mé praxe. Následně se zaměřila na samotné zásoby společnosti a začala se zabývat řešením problému spojeného s řízením zásob. V této práci jsem se rozhodla věnovat systému just-in-time. Magneton a.s. je strojírenskou firmou, která tento systém již využívá. Stále však dochází ke zdokonalování tohoto systému ať už restrukturalizací organizační struktury nebo se snaží o odstranění problémů vzniklých právě touto metodou řízení. Snažila jsem se navrhnout řešení a jistá opatření, aby došlo ke zdokonalení tohoto systému. A na závěr této práce jsem aplikovala pokročilejší metodu JIT II přímo na Magneton a.s. Určila postupné kroky realizace informačních toků tohoto systému, vyzvedla jeho přínosy pro firmu Magneton a.s. |

In my Thesis I'm dealing with logistic department in Magneton a.s. This company is a member of a machine-industries group .The main objective of the theoretic-methodic part is to summarize the facts from the literature which refer to structuring of reserves, stocking, optimalization and description of the modern ways how to manage stores. In the analytic part I charactered Magneton company, introduced organizational structure, defined authorities and responsibilities of each authority in the company. I also described the buying branch where I spent the most of my working time. Sequentially I target the generally resources in company and dealt with problems of managing resources. I decided to deal with just-in-time system in this study. Magneton a.s. is a machinery firm which is already using this system. This system is improving all the time by restructuring of the organizational structure or by other methods. I tried to suggest solution and action how to improve this system. I applied more complicated method JIT II on Magneton a.s. I set adequate steps for realization of this system and highlighted it's adventages for the company. |
