Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje současný stav financí v neziskové organizaci (NO) AIESEC Zlín a ukazuje možnosti jejího financování. V teoretické části je od základu rozčleněno národní hospodářství, ze kterého neziskový sektor vychází. Ten je podrobněji vysvětlen v dalších kapitolách teoretické části. Část praktická se zaměřuje na představení samotné organizace AIESEC a její činnosti. Analyzuje minulý a současný stav financí a možnosti externího a interního financování činnosti organizace. Z uvedených analýz jsou vyvozené návrhy a doporučení na zlepšení financování AIESEC Zlín. |

This thesis analyzes the current state of finances in a non-profit organization AIESEC Zlin and shows the possibilities of its financing. The theoretical part divided the national economy, which the non-profit sector is based on. This sector is explained in further details in the subsequent chapters. The practical part introduces an organization AIESEC and its activities. It analyzes past and current state of finances and the possibilities of external and internal financing of its activities. The proposals and recommentdations how to improve the financing of AIESEC Zlin are drawn from these analysis. |
