dc.description.abstract	Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh řešení pro digitalizaci a správu dokumentů v podniku a jeho následné zavedení do praxe.Teoretická část popisuje základní pojmy a principy z oblasti elektronických dokumentů. Hlavní část je věnována problematice současných ECM systémů a komponent pro digitalizaci, správu dokumentů a týmovou spolupráci.Praktická část obsahuje analýzu systémů pro správu dokumentů a rozbor situace v organizaci. Dále se zabývá návrhem konkrétních technických a programových prostředků pro digitalizaci a správu dokumentů v dané organizaci. Poslední část je věnována implementaci a nastavení vybraného systému.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The goal of this master thesis is to suggest a solution for capturing and document management in a company and then put this solution into practice. The theoretical part describes the basic terms a principles of electronic documents. The main part is devoted to the issue of current ECM systems and components for the capture, document management and team collaboration. The practical part contains system analysis of document management and analysis of the situation in the organization. Further deals with the design of specific technical and program resources for digitization and managing documents in concrete organization. The last part is devoted to the implementation and setup of the selected system.	en
